Obituary of Jolene Miller

In loving memory of our mother, grandmother and friend, Jolene Miller (Olsen), who sadly passed away at her home in Marsing, Idaho on March 11, 2024 at the age of 79. Jolene was born February 9, 1945 in Neola, Utah to Cliff and Deeatha Olsen.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who was always there when we needed her. We will forever cherish her love and guidance.

With a heart full of compassion, she dedicated her life to helping others in need. Her laughter and smile brought light to every room and comfort to all who sought her. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of her community in Marsing. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness and warmth.

Her family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing. The legacy of her unwavering love and strength will continue to inspire us all. Her spirit will forever live on in our hearts.

She is survived by her brother, Warden (Olie) Olsen, two daughters and their spouses, Joelle and Allen Jenkins, Tracie and Robin DeLeon; and seven grandchildren and their spouses, Joseph (Joey) Dye, Kayla and Brandon Bushman, Jessica and Eric Demaray, Krystal and Brett Anderson, Jackson and Katie Longwill, Jeffrey (Wayland) Anderson, Michael (Mick) Anderson and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Clifford Olsen and Deeatha Anna Olsen; sister, JuLee Eulala Olsen; and brothers, Meldrin Martin Olsen and Marion Ardell Olsen.

Viewing and funeral will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Marsing with viewing at 8:30am and funeral at 10:00am followed by Graveside Services at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
