Obituary of Vera Joan Berghuis

Vera Joan Berghuis, born July 24, 1929, in Trenton, Nebraska, passed from her earthly home in Caldwell, Idaho, to be with Jesus on February 25, 2024.  She was 94 and lived a very fulfilling life.  

There are so many family members and friends who meant so much to "Mom", that there isn't enough space to write their names.  I often heard from others,

"Your mom is so kind."  And it was true! Mom was a real treasure and she will be dearly missed and remembered with fondness, especially for her sweet smile and loving heart.

A smile never fading,

Free of earth's chains, 

Resting in the arms of Jesus.

A graveside service will be held on March 15, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Cypress Lawn Cemetery in Everett, WA.
