Obituary of Debra Bright

Debra Lynn Bright, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on February 20th, 2024. Born on September 21, 1952, in Ely, England, Debra entered this world as the daughter of Delvin Paul Bright and Vonita Peterson. Her birth in England was a result of her father's service in the military, and she became a proud US citizen the moment she was born.

Debra's journey led her from her birthplace in England to Nampa, Idaho, where she became an integral part of the community for over 40 years. She shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, Randy Aldridge, and together they raised three children, Dave (Michelle) Jacobs, Kimberly (Aaron) Jacobs, and Tyler (Ruth) Aldridge. Debra's greatest joy came from her role as a mother and grandmother, cherishing her seventeen grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren, with an anticipated thirty seventh arriving in June of 2024.

Debra Bright was a remarkable individual who made a lasting impact on those around her. With over 20 years in the banking industry, she excelled in a managerial role before retiring. Her dedication to her work and the community was evident to all who knew her.

However, Debra's true legacy lies in her kind and compassionate nature. She possessed a heart larger than life itself and had an unwavering love for everyone she encountered. Debra had a remarkable ability to brighten anyone's day with her infectious smile and genuine care for others. Her selflessness was unparalleled, always putting the needs of others before her own.
