Obituary of Denis Earl Drown

  Denis passed away at home with family after a hard-fought battle with illness. Born in Caldwell to Earl and Edna Drown, he had two sisters, Lorna Matheny and Lorraine Snow.

They all preceded him in death, as did his wife of 46 years, Peggy Drown, and her son Kevin Tveidt.

Denis is survived by his children: Darrell Drown (Trina), Lisa Easto (John), and Deana McConnell (Robert). In addition, he had five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, one niece, and a handful of dear lifelong friends.

Denis will be missed for his traditional values, quick humor, work ethic, and charming smile.

  A viewing for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell.
