Obituary of Elizabeth Marie Gonzalez

Elizabeth Marie Gonzalez, 45, of Caldwell, ID passed away on Tuesday February 6, 2023. She was born on October 19, 1977 to Juan & Margie Gonzalez in Rupert, ID. Elizabeth had three beautiful children; Jesus Jr, Taylor, and Christopher. She was engaged to Nicholas Hernandez and she adored her stepchildren; Adrianna, Xavius, and Xerenity.

Services will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 at 11:00am at Valley Church- 2900 Life Way Caldwell, ID,  with a Celebration of Life to follow immediately after. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 10:00 AM when doors open.

Elizabeth graduated from Vallivue High School in 1996. She attended Boise State University where she graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She opened her own office, Global Accounting, LLC, and she had numerous clients she worked with. She loved being able to help people around her, she was kind and compassionate to all.

Elizabeth loved being around her family so much, holidays, special occasions or just because, it didn’t matter it was always a good time when they were together. Those memories are the ones that will be held close to their hearts. She absolutely loved her Tejano music, she was often a sponsor for some of her favorite groups when they would come into town. She would always arrive dressed to the nines and ready to dance with her boots and sparkles. Elizabeth loved to travel, whenever she had the opportunity; to a beach or Disneyland were a couple of her favorite places to visit.

Her beautiful smile will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Her faith was strong and we know she is now with her Father in heaven.

She is survived by her parents, Juan & Margie Gonzalez; sister Elena (Salvador) Popoca, brother Juan (Sunshine) Gonzalez, sister Christina (Brian) Gonzalez. She is preceded in death by her aunt Elena Salgado, cousin Zaira Zamora, cousin Amador Cortinas, grandpa Armando Salgado, and grandma Naya Dominguez.
