Obituary of Deborah Jo Miller
Deborah Jo Miller
October 29, 1962- December 17, 2022
Deborah Jo Miller passed away on December 17th at 5:33pm at home with her
family. She unfortunately was diagnosed with chronic congestive heart failure in
2021 and had been fighting since. She was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa to
her mother Lola Baxter and father Jon Baxter. She was raised with her other
siblings, Cheryl, Kelly, James and John Jr., in Iowa until she was 16. Her family then
relocated to Nampa, Idaho where she graduated from High School in 1981.
In her mid 20’s she met Jerry Holland, and she had her first daughter, Cara
Holland. She and Jerry moved and lived in Louisiana during this time, until the end
of 1991. They moved back to Idaho where she then gave birth to her second
daughter, Jessica Holland. She began working as a therapy tech for disabled adults
around 1995, which she continued for 25 years, advancing to main supervisor and
having extreme pride and integrity in her work.
Deborah was what most would call a saint, an angel, and a blessing to those she
came across. It didn’t matter who you were or where you were from, Deborah
had nothing bad to say and she was always putting everyone before her,
especially her kids and grandkids. Deborahs grandkids were her life, and she will
be missed greatly!
Deborah has been cremated, as she requested, and is now back home with her
daughters. There will be a celebration of Life held for Deborah in the spring of
2023. All are welcome to the celebration for those who know Deborah, just
contact the family or daughters for more information.
We Love You Mom FOREVER!
