Timothy Page

Obituary of Timothy Maynard Page

Tim Page, 66, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away November 8, 2022, surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Tim was born August 1, 1956, in Caldwell, Idaho, to parents Jack and Doraleen Page. Tim was a lifelong resident of the Treasure Valley. He married his high school sweetheart, Emma Mendoza, on August 3, 1974, and went on to enjoy 48 blessed years of marriage. Tim and Emma built an honorable life of love, commitment, and loyalty. At the beginning of their marriage, they gave their life and marriage to God, setting an example for many who knew them.

Tim was a family man who fiercely adored and protected his wife, children, and grandchildren. He shared his passion for the outdoors through family camping, fishing, and hunting trips: inspiring a love of nature in his children and grandchildren. Tim also valued the fellowship among his family, friends, and church community. He enjoyed trading tall tales, playing games, and singing songs with those he loved most.

Tim was an adventurous cook who loved to grill and experiment with recipes. His greatest pleasure was sharing his creations with friends and family. He was an enthusiastic gardener and often reaped an excess amount of produce, which he happily shared with others.

Tim's love of music was a key part of who he was. He frequently entertained family by playing the guitar, singing gospels, or presenting an impressive Elvis impersonation.

Tim's earliest memories were of working in the fields alongside his family. The various jobs that he worked throughout his community helped him build a strong work ethic, which he displayed in each of his positions.

Tim worked with the Boise Project Board of Control for 34 years, retiring in 2018. He began as an entry-level ditch rider and worked his way up to project manager by the end of his tenure. Tim's integrity, efficiency, work ethic, and fairness guided him as he grew with the company. He appreciated the trust and support given to him by the board of directors.

Tim was a member of the Little Country Holiness Church in Caldwell, Idaho.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, mother, brothers Jackie and Franklin Monroe (stillborn), and his infant daughter (stillborn). He is survived by his wife, Emma of Nampa; children Stephanie Renteria of Eagle, Melanie Rodriguez of Caldwell, and Michael (Abigail) Page of Caruthers, CA.; siblings, Kathleen (Casey) Cota of Garden City, Louis Page of Councel and Mittz Martinez of Nampa,

grandchildren Sierra, Savannah (Jake), Kaleb, Leilah (Joseph), Josiah, Cole, Noah, Ava, and Levi.
