Obituary of John Patrick McEvoy

  John Patrick McEvoy, 41, of Caldwell, ID died on Oct 11, 2022 from complications following a car accident. He was born Aug 7, 1981 to John and Dorothy (Conklin) McEvoy, the fourth of seven children. He graduated from Vallivue High School in 1999.
He loved playing softball and played in several leagues. He loved woodworking and being on the lake. He has always been a loyal friend and loving son, brother, uncle and husband. He especially loved being a father. Being a father was a dream come true for John, and his kids were the most important thing in his life. His kids brought so much joy into his life.
  He is survived by his seven children, Ameri Joy McEvoy, Evelyn Rose McEvoy, Johnny Oscar McEvoy, Connor Patrick McEvoy, James Everett McEvoy, Eric Wright McEvoy and Warren Griffin McEvoy; his parents, John Joseph McEvoy and Dorothy Aline McEvoy; siblings Jenny (Ed) Howell, Paula McEvoy, Julie (Chris) Hochhalter, Joshua (Tania) McEvoy, Sarah (Casey) Chlarson, and Matthew McEvoy; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
  A viewing will be held on Oct 21, 2022 from 5-8 p.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapels - Caldwell Chapel (624 Cleveland Boulevard). His funeral will be held Oct 22, 2022 at 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel at 1749 Willis Rd, Middleton, ID 83644, following which he will be interned at the Middleton Cemetery.
