Obituary of Cynthia Lynne Perry-Phillips

Cynthia Lynne Phillips, 37, of Middleton, died Friday, November 5, 2021 of natural causes at home.  She was born at Camp Kuwae Naval Hospital in Japan on February 10, 1984. 

She is survived by her significant other, Mark Perry; sons Takeshiro, Mark Jr, Rayden; daughter Midori; as well as her parents Cal and Hideko Phillips; siblings Christy and Christine, and Carol and DeVon.

She studied at BSU for three years and was happiest at being and active homemaker, crafter, and being a mom. She also enjoyed camping, rafting, target shooting, and being outdoors.
