Obituary of Yolanda Pena Pantoja
Yolanda Pena Pantoja “Yole” was born on July 3, 1947 – January 22, 2020 – 72 years old. She passed away peacefully with her family and husband Cirenio Pantoja by her side. Yolanda was born in Burlington, Wisconsin to Santos and Virginia Pena migrants that made Caldwell, Idaho their home. She was a homemaker and mother to Tomas Pena, Delia Calderon, and Rose Mary Pantoja, wife to Cirenio Pantoja. She dedicated her life making sure that everyone she loved was never without, was an amazing Angel put on Earth for each and everyone of her family, most caring, loving woman who fought to the end until God decided to take her to her kingdom she always dreamt of.
She is preceded in death by her father Santos Pena and sister Amelia Pena Rodriguez Bernal.
Yole is survived by her husband Cirenio Pantoja, her children Tomas Pena, Delia Calderon, and Rose Mary Pantoja; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; sisters: Alicia Pedraza, Irma Pena, Sylvia Garcia, Noelia Gracia, Orelia Lobo and brother David Pena; and her mother Virginia Pena.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell. Interment will follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell. A Celebration of Life will follow at New Celebration Church of God in Caldwell.
