Obituary of Consuelo Martin

Consuelo Martin peacefully passed away on Tuesday January 22, 2020 at age 79. She was born January 10,1941. She met the Love of her life, Pedro Martin in Eagle Pass, Texas. Together they raised seven children, Nancy (Alfonso Medina), Maribel Martinez, “Nicanor G. Marinez,” Gloria (Agustin Luna), Raymon Martin, Pedro Martin Jr, (Olga), Patty (Noe Lopez) and Rudy Martin (Tanya). They have many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Consuelo worked for Jr Simplot Company for 27 years and eventually retired. After retirement, she spent her days enjoying her grandchildren and impressing her family with her cooking skills. She was very creative and loved to sew, dance, and paint. She dedicated her life to the Lord and through him, she touched the lives of many people across the world. She was a church member at Rosa De Saron.

A viewing will be held for her on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 5 to 8 pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, 624 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID 83605.

There will be a service for her on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Valley Church, 2900 Life Way Caldwell, ID 83605 at noon with burial to follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell. Reception will follow after the burial at Valley Church. Please join us.
