Ezra Stowe

Obituary of Ezra Ross Stowe

On the morning of July 4, 2019, Ezra Ross Stowe of Nampa passed away at the age of 45.

Ezra was born to Mervin and Charleen Stowe in 1973.

Ezra was very knowledgeable regarding military history.  Some of his favorite history conversations were on WWI & WWII.  Also, he loved history regarding the Titanic ship which one day he planned on visiting the Titanic Museum in Branson Missouri.  Almost every year, when a air show would came into town, he tried to attend.  One year he even rode in a Boeing Stearman Kaydet Primary Trainer airplane. He had a love of hot rods.  He was definitely a gear head and owning several different vehicles over the years.  He could talk for hours and hours about cars.  Before he lost his vision one of his favorite hobbies was building models of all kinds from the Titanic, hot rods to airplanes and puzzles. Also, he enjoyed bowling in his early years.  Ezra was always the adventurer.  He loved the outdoors especially camping and traveling on road trips across the states.  He became a huge movie buff in later years.

He was always a great listener and would offer helpful advice to anyone that wanted it.  He was known for his great sense of humor and his contagious giggle among whomever he was around and of course his continuous popping of wheelies in his wheelchair to impress the ladies.

He was very much loved by his family and caregivers.  He will be greatly missed.  We will cherish his memory always in our hearts.

Ezra is preceded in death by his grandparents; Bill & Betty Neitz, Melvin & his wife Edie Stowe and Nanny Jean Sanders to various uncles and aunts.  He is survived by his father Mervin and mother Charleen Stowe, sister Tina Stowe-Sinnott and fiance Richard Ledbetter, uncle Bruce and aunt Inge Stowe, aunt Barbara Huser, ex brother in law Mike Sinnott and several cousins.

A public memorial service will be held at 1 pm on July 13, 2019 at the New Covenant Baptist Church, Nampa, Idaho 624 Lake Lowell Ave, Nampa, Idaho 83686
