So sad to hear of Susan's passing. I worked with her many years ago at Albertson's in Caldwell. I remember her smile and her gentle caring nature.
God needed more sunshine in Heaven!

Grandma Susan was there for each of us in different ways throughout our lives. She cared deeply for her family and carried hope that each person would find Salvation. Her heart was big and she could look past the boundaries we see to find beauty in many places that others do not. She loved to take her grandchildren on drives to show them the gorgeous scenery we are blessed to have as a backdrop for our lives in Idaho. Lizard Butte, Map Rock and she always knew a shortcut that we could take, which those of us who knew her well came to refer too as the longcut because it always took three times longer to reach our destinations. Without those longcuts we wouldn’t get to hear her stories as we joined her for a ride. I will miss her as she was and am so sorry I was never able to properly thank her for some rough decisions in my younger years she was there for and helped me through. She was a great storyteller and talented artist although she would never boast in her gifts and ability. Love all of you in the family who are missing Grandma Susan and wish just one more time I could have her burst through our front door unexpectedly, cheerfully yelling “yoo-hoo, kids its Grandma Sue!”
